bts Group is currently seeking to recruit a Contract Support Analyst to work full-time at our Needham Market office, for a busy utility arboriculture department.
Reporting to the Contract Administration Manager and working alongside a friendly team, we are looking for self-motivated individuals to support the business with data management of a large utility arboriculture contract. We are seeking applicants with similar commercial analyst experience, to complete all data-related tasks in line with contractual requirements for the utility arboriculture department.
bts is looking for candidates with advanced knowledge of Excel (or equivalent) and database proficiency. Experience of handling large quantities of data accurately, resolving any discrepancies swiftly, is also essential to the success of the role.
Core responsibilities of the Contract Support Analyst include:
• Data gathering - Creating and exporting custom reports, using existing bts datasets or custom based datasets. Cross-referencing data on a weekly basis and quality auditing of photos.
• WIP Management - Experience of WIP Management is preferred, and the analyst will be responsible for weekly and monthly reports on cut data against KPIs, as well as reporting on monthly achievement and volume of refusal and delayed spans.
• Contract Support - The role requires someone who is confident to communicate and resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally. The role will also support quotation and mapping for reactive work stream.
• System Development - The successful applicant will be expected to generate insights and recommendations for how internal systems can be improved to increase efficiency and automation of processes. Close working with internal and external clients to fully understand the required content of data from a commercial perspective will be necessary.
